We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Bilingual Call Center Hard Collections Representative. The adecuado candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.

HARD COLLECTIONS

Requirements:

- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Previous experience in a collections or call center role preferred.

- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.

- Flexibility to work graveyard shifts.
