MAIN FUNCTIONS:

1.- Based on specialized technical knowledge of the company’s products (goods and/or services) acts as the customer’s contact regarding billing, warranty services, product specifications as well as scheduled shipping and shipping information.

2.- Handles all inquiries from customers performing extensive research and/or coordinating with other departments as required to obtain solutions.

3.- May coordinate product returns for exchange or rework.

4.- Formulates the required Reports and prepares general correspondence.





5.- Meets the established procedures and the policies of the organization.

- + 5 years within Customer Support or related field.
- Strong understanding end to end manufacturing workflows and production.
- Experience in Supply Chain field (desired)
- Professional degree
- Advanced level of English language (that allow fluid presentations and/or participation in negotiation processes)
- Proficient in excel
- Service attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Contract Manufacturing companies.
