About the role
As a Senior Manager, Operational Excellence (OPEX), you will lead the Operational Excellence strategy and execution for the manufacturing site, driving productivity, Lean transformation, continuous improvement, and Carrier Excellence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading the plant's Operational Excellence strategy and productivity initiatives, ensuring alignment and execution against operational and financial objectives.
- Driving Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives, including Kaizen events, waste reduction, process optimization, and cost improvement.
- Leading plant transformation initiatives, including layout optimization, process redesign, workflow improvements, and process documentation.
- Driving the implementation and sustainability of Carrier Excellence tools and methodologies, including risk assessments and performance metrics.
- Leading the alignment, prioritization, and execution of plant SWAT (Strategic Weapons and Tactics) initiatives, partnering cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Operations, Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, Quality, and Finance. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, or a related field.




- 7 a 10 years of relevant experience leading Lean, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or manufacturing transformation initiatives.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment, with knowledge of operations, manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial processes.
- Demonstrated experience leading productivity, Lean, Kaizen, cost reduction, and process optimization initiatives.
- Advanced English proficiency, valid U.
S. visa, and availability to travel approximately 10%. Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent Lean/Continuous Improvement certification.
- Experience with Carrier Excellence or a similar Operational Excellence operating system.
- Experience leading plant transformation initiatives and connecting productivity projects with financial results and cost savings. Benefits
