- Deductions & Disputes to oversee the payment application process with Accenture (BP) and monitor disputes and deductions via weekly reports. You will coordinate with the CSS team to ensure proper credit memos and strive for process optimization while maintaining quality standards. The role requires 2+ years in collections, strong English, and proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
