Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer & Continuous Improvement in Aguascalientes. You will lead ECIS deployment (VSM, 5S+, SW, SUR & LMF), champion cost-out management, and coordinate Kaizen events to improve margins, delivery, safety and quality.
The role requires 4+ years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, bilingual Spanish/English, and proficiency in Power Point, Excel, Solid Works, and AutoCAD, with ECIS tools experience.
