Position: Jr. Production Planner – Recent Graduate
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, with a completed degree.
Experience: 1 year of experience in a similar position or internship experience.
Objective: Plan and monitor the production schedule, ensuring the efficient use of resources, materials, and personnel to achieve production objectives.
Requirements:
- Advanced English.
- Ability to commute to the workplace using your own means of transportation.
- Availability to work rotating shifts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor the production plan.
- Track productivity targets.
- Coordinate resources, materials, and personnel.
- Prepare production reports.
- Monitor the cutting process.
- Implement improvements to increase productivity and quality.
- Follow up on training and skills matrix.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures and standards.
