Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of cloud infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy and client needs.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, resource allocation, and budget.




- Manage and mentor virtual project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks and dependencies.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management across distributed teams and international clients.
- Oversee the successful implementation and migration of cloud solutions.
- Track project progress, deliver timely reports, and present key findings to senior leadership.
- Champion best practices in cloud architecture, security, and operations.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations.
- Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years focused on cloud infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience managing large-scale cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). PMP or cloud-specific project management certifications are highly valued.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead remote teams effectively.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams).
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines in a remote environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Must be comfortable and effective working in a fully remote capacity.
- Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
