Key Responsibilities

- Analyze current HR processes and identify opportunities for digital enhancement and automation.
- Research, recommend, and implement new HR technologies and platforms (e.g., HRIS, LMS, ATS, engagement tools).
- Develop and execute a roadmap for digital HR transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR technologies.
- Design and deliver training programs to upskill employees and HR staff on new digital tools and processes.




- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital transformation efforts.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and digital adoption across the organization.
- Manage vendor relationships for HR technology solutions.
- Ensure data privacy and security in all digital HR initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging trends in HR technology and digital transformation.

Requirements

- Proven experience (5+ years) in Human Resources, with a significant focus on HR technology implementation and digital transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of modern HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR software solutions.
- Experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex HR technology initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment is essential.
- Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies.
- A proactive, innovative, and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English is required.
