About the Opportunity:

We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst – Indirect Expenses to join our Finance team in Zacatecas. This is a hands-on position supporting Accounts Payable activities for our legal entities in Mexico while regularly partnering with suppliers, internal teams, and international colleagues.

The role is idóneo for someone who is comfortable working in a high-volume Accounts Payable environment and understands what it takes to keep invoices, payments, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end activities accurate and moving on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll manage and support day-to-day Accounts Payable activities, including:

- Processing supplier invoices and credit notes, including domestic, international, and intercompany transactions
- Managing a high volume of invoices while ensuring proper documentation, approvals, and accuracy
- Investigating invoice, pricing, quantity, receipt, XML, and payment discrepancies
- Preparing payment proposals and monitoring supplier payments and prepayments
- Reconciling Accounts Payable subledger balances to the General Ledger
- Supporting month-end and quarterly closing,



including reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and reporting
- Working with Mexican electronic accounting and XML documentation
- Maintaining communication with suppliers and internal teams to resolve payment and invoice issues
- Collaborating with colleagues and intercompany partners in Mexico and globally
- Supporting audits, reporting, and ongoing finance process improvements

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Approximately 2–4 years of accounting experience, primarily within Accounts Payable
- Solid understanding of Accounts Payable, reconciliations, accruals, journal entries, and general accounting
- Experience processing supplier invoices and resolving discrepancies
- Experience reconciling Accounts Payable activity to the General Ledger
- Familiarity with Mexican electronic accounting requirements and XML documentation
- Experience with Oracle ERP or a comparable financial system
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency, written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail, organization, analytical skills, and ability to meet monthly and quarterly deadlines

Nice to Have:

Experience with Oracle Accounts Payable, FCCS, intercompany accounting, international suppliers, supplier prepayments, financial audits, manufacturing/shared-services accounting, or advanced Excel would be a plus.
