This position has the responsibility to manage finished goods orders, service customers, and to assure on time delivery and should comply with IATF 16949:2016 standards, ISO-14000 and ISO 45001.
- At least 4 Years of experience in Customer Service.

Responsibilities
Service all customers in a timely manner. Answer phone calls courteously and promptly.
Insure on time deliveries to customers and communicate to production any special requests made by the customer. Work with the sales department to keep the line of communication open between customer and PWC. Oversee invoicing and pricing.
Enter and review purchase orders from customer and address any pricing issues.
Work with Engineering and Quality to ensure product, labeling, and packing is correct.
Coordinate international shipments and insure all paperwork that is necessary for customs is done correctly. Knowledge of PWC manufacturing system and Ford Motor.
Print and review order report daily.Insure orders are entered with-in 24 hours.Print daily packing slips. Help customers with questions on their product. Work with the sales department concerning customer activity. Maintain EDI transmissions.
Maintain ship cums and work with customers on any discrepancies. Invoice customers daily. Answer-mails daily from customers, sales, and production. Communicate customer needs to production to insure on time delivery. Work daily in the DDL system for FORD.
Dispute and answer any questions regarding on time delivery. Manage current customers shipping schedules. Coordinate containers for customers.
Perform advance shipping notices for EDI customers. Verify ASN has been transmitted for the customers that require Oversee the activity of warehouse personnel regarding labeling and packaging activities. Create commercial invoices for international shipments.
Work daily in HFA Maintain files for customers purchase orders and communication. Load new part numbers in the item Master. Verify correct pricing is in the system. Enter a CCP to correct pricing on invoices Tracking of shipments.
Work with accounting on invoice discrepancies. Perform credit and debt activity. Update shipping logs for management. Create spreadsheets for tracking or verification. Track production activity of build out programs.
Issue RMA’s for return of rejected product in Diamond Create Monthly forecast sales on a weekly basis Create 3 Month forecast once a month Adjust cums yearly for EDI customers Load Activation form for new customers in the share point Update Customer Service Work Instructions/ Procedures Update Customer Contact for customers Generating reports Attend the meetings that are required
Collaborate in meeting the requirements of the Integrated Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System (ISO-14001 and ISO-45001), as well as current Mexican regulations.
Is responsible for adopting and enforcing best practices in environmental, health, and safety matters derived from the Integrated Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System, as well as from the Internal Work Regulations.
Operations and activities must be aligned with the requirements of the current version of the Integrated Environmental, Health, and Safety Management System (ISO-14001 and ISO-45001).
