Your key responsibilities:
1. POSM design support - 终端陈列物料）设计支持
- As the core and most important responsibility of this position, follow the launch cadence of new smartphone products and highlight the core selling points, delivering innovative POSM materials on schedule, such as leaflets, table cards, hanging flags, acrylic desk stands, etc.
- Use design tools (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to complete the design, modification, and optimization of terminal display materials.
- Work closely with countries and suppliers to ensure materials comply with vivo brand guidelines.

Terminal display landing inspection - 终端陈列落地检查
- Track the progress of terminal position construction projects, ensure that all links are completed on time, and promote the smooth progress of terminal image construction.
- Regularly check the implementation of terminal image, analyze problems and provide feasible improvement suggestions.
3. Cross-departmental collaboration and communication - 跨部门协作与沟通
- Keep close contact with in-house teams such as Product and Brand, as well as design teams across countries (Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Central America), to ensure information sharing and efficient collaboration.
4. Support other work of the team - 支持团队其他工作
- Complete other tasks and work arrangements of the team according to team needs, and actively cooperate with project advancement.
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language, with strong oral and written expression skills.
- Proficient in Office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with basic design software and AI image generation tools (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Firefly, After Effects, Midjourney, Final Cut, Capcut) and video shooting and editing software is preferred.
3. Industry experience
- Background in mobile phones or consumer electronics is preferred. Experience in multinational companies or design companies is preferred.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to flexibly respond to diverse work needs.
- Strong learning ability and self-motivation, able to maintain efficient work in a dynamic environment.
- Accept market visits and business trips due to project needs.
