Work is hiring Bookkeepers to manage day-to-day financial records for U.S. companies and accounting firms.
You will keep the books accurate and up to date, from transaction recording through month-end reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities- Record transactions and maintain accurate general ledgers- Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable- Review balance sheets and P&L; statements to identify discrepancies- Support month-end close and prepare basic financial reports- Follow established SOPs and communicate issues to the accounting manager
Requirements- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience- Hands-on experience with Quick
Books Online and/or Xero- Strong understanding of reconciliations and basic accounting principles- High attention to detail and accuracy- Good written English for communicating with U.S. teams- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Based in Mexico, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
Nice to Have- Experience with U.S. clients or U.S. GAAP- Degree in Accounting or related field
