Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports on key business metrics- Clean, validate, and analyze large datasets from CRMs, dialers, and operational systems- Monitor KPIs daily and flag trends, risks, and anomalies- Translate data into clear recommendations for managers and client stakeholders- Automate manual reporting processes where possible- Document data definitions and reporting logic
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (Power Query, pivot tables,
formulas)- Experience with SQL and/or a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail- Good written and spoken English for presenting insights- Ability to work independently and prioritize requests- Based in Mexico, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
Nice to Have- Experience with Salesforce or Hub
Spot reporting- Python or scripting experience for automation
