Key Responsibilities- Own the month-end close process and financial reporting- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment runs- Review reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals- Manage and review the work of bookkeepers and accounting associates- Maintain internal controls and documentation- Partner with client finance leaders on reporting and process improvements
Requirements- 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations,
and close processes- Hands-on experience with Quick
Books, Net
Suite, or similar systems- Advanced Excel skills- Good written and spoken English- High attention to detail and strong ownership- Based in Mexico, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
Nice to Have- Experience with U.S. GAAP- CPA or equivalent qualification
