Tal, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join the accounting team of one of our U.S.-based clients in the Senior Living industry.

The adecuado candidate will have strong experience managing the full accounts payable cycle, excellent English communication skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

This position requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate financial records, and collaborate effectively with U.S.-based teams.

Key Responsibilities- Manage the full accounts payable cycle, from invoice receipt and verification through payment processing and reconciliation.- Review, code, and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper approvals, and compliance with internal procedures.- Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation, when applicable.- Prepare and process vendor payments, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.- Reconcile vendor statements and accounts payable balances, identifying and resolving discrepancies.- Monitor outstanding invoices, payment deadlines, and AP aging reports.- Maintain accurate vendor records and support vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.- Assist with month-end closing activities, including AP reconciliations, accruals, and supporting documentation.- Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with established procedures.- Communicate regularly with U.S.-based stakeholders and internal teams to resolve payment issues and improve processes.- Identify opportunities to improve AP workflows, accuracy, and efficiency.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,



or a related field (required).- Previous experience managing the full accounts payable cycle (required).- Strong understanding of accounting principles, invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and payment procedures.- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate confidently with U.S.-based teams.- Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies or accounting teams (required).- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and reconciliations.- Experience working with accounting software or ERP systems.- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently.- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting accounts payable operations for multiple entities or locations.- Familiarity with U.S. accounting practices and US GAAP.- Experience with month-end closing activities, accruals, and general ledger reconciliations.- Previous experience in the Senior Living, Healthcare, or Real Estate industries.- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements within accounts payable operations.
