We are seeking an accomplished Plant Manager to lead a large-scale automotive manufacturing operation with 4,000+ employees.

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven leader with extensive experience in plant management, operational excellence, and the development of high-performing teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead overall plant operations, ensuring performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.
- Drive operational excellence, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams and promote a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Manage operational budgets, KPIs, and strategic business objectives.
- Optimize manufacturing processes, workforce utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with automotive customer requirements and applicable quality standards.
- Strengthen employee engagement, leadership development,



and labor relations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Plant Manager in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience leading large-scale manufacturing operations and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, operational KPIs, and cost management.
- Automotive manufacturing experience; automotive sewing operations experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop leadership teams and deliver sustainable business results.
- Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
- English proficiency according to business requirements.
