We’re looking for a Principal Software Engineer who brings full-stack depth in Node.js and React and the organizational influence to match. You’ve designed and delivered platform products that engineering teams build on top of, you think in TypeScript across the entire stack, and you understand what it means to operate Kubernetes-native services at real enterprise scale. You’ll be setting the technical standard for the platform that enables AI and machine learning workflows for one of the world’s most demanding engineering organizations — and you’ll have the authority and the scope to do it right.

What You’ll Do

- Own the end-to-end technical architecture of full-stack platform services powering enterprise AI and ML workflows.
- Define engineering standards for Node.js, React, and TypeScript development across the platform organization.
- Lead the most strategically significant platform initiatives, from design through delivery and operation.




- Act as a senior technical advisor to engineering leadership on platform architecture and roadmap decisions.
- Drive cross-team adoption of platform capabilities, ensuring alignment between product goals and technical execution.
- Mentor principal, staff, and senior engineers and shape the overall technical culture of the platform team.

What We Are Looking For

- 10+ years of experience in IT roles.
- 5+ years of experience building full-stack products with Node.js and React as the primary stack.
- Expert-level TypeScript across the full stack, including deep knowledge of webpack, Babel, NestJS, or equivalent tooling.
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes-native microservices platform development at enterprise scale.
- Background working on or enabling AI/ML platform products.
- Track record of technical leadership and cross-team influence at a Principal or equivalent level.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
