Senior Business Analyst (Airtable) at BairesDev In this role, you'll design Airtable solutions at enterprise scale, turning business processes into well-structured bases teams can rely on. You'll run discovery with stakeholders, document how work flows today and tomorrow, and deliver clear recommendations. It's your opportunity to become the go-to expert on how a large organization structures, governs, and visualizes its data.

What You'll Do

- Design Airtable workspaces and bases for enterprise-scale use.
- Run discovery sessions and map current and future workflows.
- Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders and deliver executive-ready documentation.
- Build dashboards and reports on top of the data.
- Connect Airtable with systems of record through APIs.
- Define metadata governance and validation rules.

What We Are Looking For

- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Expert-level Airtable skills, designing at enterprise scale,



including workspace and base structure, schema design, permissions, record limits, and performance.
- Background in business process discovery and documentation, such as as-is and to-be workflow mapping, gap analysis, RACI, and process maps.
- Skill in client-facing consulting and facilitation, including stakeholder interviews, working sessions, and executive-ready written deliverables.
- Proficiency in BI development and dashboard design with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or similar tools, including data modeling and standardized template design.
- Hands-on work with REST API integration, pulling and reconciling data from a system of record.
- Knowledge of metadata governance and validation design, such as class libraries, conditional routing, automated flagging, and audit trails.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
