About the role

We are looking for a senior engineer to lead the evolution of our enterprise design system and the front-end architecture behind our mobile and web applications. You will turn business and user requirements into reusable, accessible, and high-performing components that deliver a consistent experience across iOS, Android, and the web.

What you will do:

- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable, accessible front-end solutions across mobile and web.
- Build and evolve the enterprise component library, including design tokens, theming, and interaction patterns.
- Ensure WCAG-compliant accessibility, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, and responsive layouts.
- Optimize React Native apps for iOS and Android, with a focus on offline storage, threading, and performance.
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful JSON APIs and contribute to application architecture decisions.
- Lead code reviews, define coding and documentation standards, and mentor other developers.
- Coordinate releases with other squads and manage timelines and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA in an agile, distributed team.

What you bring





- 5+ years of experience developing web and mobile applications.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native and ReactJS.
- Proven experience building and scaling component libraries or design systems with accessibility standards.
- Strong knowledge of responsive design, layout, animations, and interaction design.
- Deep understanding of React Native performance optimization on iOS and Android.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools to improve code quality, testing, documentation, and workflow automation.
- Experience working in agile teams with distributed developers.
- Clear written communication and a habit of writing well-documented code.

Nice to have

- Redux and React Native Web.
- Experience building both consumer and enterprise applications.
- C# knowledge.
- Healthcare, Epic, or other EHR experience.
