About the Team

Join a high-energy, proactive Supply Chain and Logistics team focused on meeting internal customer requirements while ensuring compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and international standards. The team coordinates complex domestic and international transportation operations across multiple modes and works closely with internal stakeholders, carriers, and logistics partners. You will contribute to operational excellence through reliable execution, KPI management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

What you can look forward to as Senior Supply Chain Logistics:

- Coordinate international multimodal transportation operations, including air, ground, and ocean imports, as well as air and ground exports.
- Oversee transportation planning, carrier coordination, route optimization, delivery scheduling, and urgent transportation requirements.
- Monitor and manage Supply Chain and Logistics KPIs, producing timely and reliable management reports to support performance tracking and decision-making.
- Manage multiple operational priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality, service levels, and deadlines.
- Analyze transportation disruptions and operational issues, implementing effective solutions to ensure continuity of supply and on-time delivery.
- Develop, maintain, and improve departmental procedures and work instructions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable international standards.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, carriers, logistics providers, and other Supply Chain functions to meet operational and customer requirements.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects aimed at increasing transportation efficiency and overall operational excellence.

Your Profile as Supply Chain Logistics:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in Transportation Logistics, Supply Chain, Distribution, or related operations.
- Proven experience coordinating domestic and/or international freight movements, preferably within automotive, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of transportation planning, carrier management, route optimization, delivery scheduling, and multimodal transportation operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to address transportation disruptions and urgent delivery requirements.
- Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and multitasking skills, combined with a high level of responsibility and commitment.
- English proficiency, written and spoken, for communication in an international business environment.
