About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain mission-critical eDiscovery software used by legal teams worldwide.

In this hands-on role, you will own features from concept to production, build scalable and reliable software solutions, and leverage AI-powered development tools while maintaining high standards of code quality, testing, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain software features using .NET/C# and PostgreSQL.
- Write automated tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and investigate problems across the technology stack.
- Use AI development tools for code generation, review, testing, and debugging, validating all outputs before deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers on software development best practices and responsible AI usage.
- Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews.




- Contribute to building scalable systems and maintaining a healthy, reliable codebase.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with .NET/C#.
- Strong PostgreSQL experience, including database schema design and query performance optimization.
- Experience building, maintaining, and supporting scalable software systems.
- Strong commitment to automated testing and code quality.
- Proven experience troubleshooting production systems and resolving live incidents.
- Daily experience with AI-powered development tools and the ability to critically review and validate generated code.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams and time zones.
