Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. ## **JLLTechAmbitions — The JLL Technologies Software Engineering team brings successful technology products to market, accelerating technology adoption in commercial real estate and shaping the future of real estate for a better world. *We're looking for a capable Full Stack Developer to build and own features for a flagship CRE product across React, TanStack, Python, Django, and DRF — working independently from UI through API design, with growing ownership over what you build. ##

Key Responsibilities
* Independently design, build, and maintain front end and backend portions of features, tech debt, and bug fixes.
* Build React UI using TanStack Query/Table/Router; Write thorough unit/integration tests; Deploy via runbook and help improve it; Claude Code, Copilot) for implementation and test writing, validating all output. ## Experience & Education* Undergraduate or higher degree in CS, Engineering, or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
* 3-5 years of experience as a full stack or front end-leaning developer using React.
* Working experience with a backend framework; Python/Django strongly preferred.
* Experience in Agile environments; able to mentor junior engineers. Technical Skills* Solid hands-on React

experience:
hooks, component architecture, state management.




* Working proficiency in Python, Django, and DRF for building and maintaining APIs.
* Experience writing automated tests (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, pytest).
* Practical use of AI coding tools (e.g., Nice to Have**
* CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure) experience.
* Exposure to performance profiling/optimization on React apps.
* Familiarity with Docker and infrastructure basics. ##
