Quality & Manufacturing Standards Follow and enforce applicable IATF * quality procedures, layered process audits (LPA), deviation escalation, and rapid response actions. Stop activities that jeopardize product quality and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Ensure execution of basic equipment care routines, planned technical interventions, and accurate opening and closure of maintenance work orders. Apply TPM and Lean Manufacturing tools, including 5S, quick changeover (QCO), standardized work, and Kanban, to improve operating performance. People Leadership & High-Performance Teams Develop frontline personnel through training plans, skills certification, and ongoing performance feedback. Lead High Performance Teams (HPTs), facilitate follow-up meetings, review scorecards, and track problem-solving actions. Consistent achievement of production, safety, quality, and delivery targets. Reliable execution of the production plan with timely escalation and resolution of operational deviations. Safety & Environmental Compliance Data Analysis & Performance Management Required Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Experience in production supervision and management of manufacturing processes within metalworking, automotive, chemical, or similar industrial environments. Knowledge of operations management, statistical process control, industrial safety, and manufacturing quality systems. Experience leading production teams and managing operational resources. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. English proficiency: Technical Knowledge Manufacturing management systems such as QAD or SAP. Inventory management and control. TPM and Lean Manufacturing tools, including 5S, QCO, standardized work, and Kanban. Plant-based position with regular presence on the production floor. Shift rotation required.
