We are currently seeking bilingual talent with experience in social media and customer support to join our team. (Set up and manage clients’ social media profiles and digital tools.
• Provide phone and email support related to online services and account setup.
• Deliver virtual training sessions to clients on platform usage.
• Stay up to date with best practices in social media management.
• Occasionally write content for clients’ social media pages.
• Advanced English (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Strong understanding of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business, etc.
• Previous experience in customer support or digital service environments.
• Nice to have: basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or Photoshop. Monthly performance bonus
