Senior Disaster Recovery Engineer / Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Senior Disaster Recovery Engineer / Technical Lead with strong hands-on infrastructure expertise and experience managing critical production incidents and disaster recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and execution.
- Perform RTO/RPO assessments and identify recovery gaps.
- Execute and support failover/failback processes and DR testing.
- Troubleshoot critical production incidents and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Identify application dependencies and define recovery sequences.
- Guide infrastructure and technical teams during critical incidents.
- Support infrastructure resilience and recovery strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong hands-on experience in infrastructure operations (cloud, servers, networking, and storage).




- Proven experience in major incident troubleshooting and technical problem resolution.
- Solid knowledge of Disaster Recovery strategies, RTO/RPO, and gap analysis.
- Direct experience executing or supporting DR failover/failback.
- Experience with application dependency mapping and recovery sequencing.
- Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Spanish and English (mandatory) for collaboration with Mexico-US-based teams.
- Banking or financial services experience is a plus.
