We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join our team. This role plays a key part in shaping how customers experience our digital platforms through thoughtful, well-crafted front-end solutions. Responsibilities

- Participate regularly in meetings and communicate effectively in both verbal and written English through project management tools to collaborate with marketers and fellow developers
- Develop front-end experiences for A/B tests and personalization initiatives within Adobe Target using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS
- Ensure that A/B testing, personalization, and technical solutions remain scalable, repeatable, effective, and aligned with stakeholder requirements and expectations
- Conduct weekly quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) reviews on live A/B tests and personalization activities, along with other technical audits to confirm correct implementation
- Produce technical documentation and time estimates for A/B testing and personalization work, clearly explaining technical concepts to business stakeholders in both verbal and written English
- Build strong working relationships with the team of A/B testing and personalization optimization consultants, as well as other stakeholders across Marketing and IT

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of relevant front-end web development experience, with strong, demonstrable knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS
- Experience with Adobe Target or similar A/B testing and personalization software,



including building custom front-end development beyond what's achievable through Adobe's Visual Experience Composer (VEC) or similar drag-and-drop interfaces
- At least 3 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager or similar content management software, with experience in Adobe Experience Fragments (XF) considered a plus
- Strong technical problem-solving skills, paired with a naturally curious and inquisitive mindset
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and user experience principles
- Strong team player with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher, with excellent written and verbal abilities and a habit of frequent, clear communication

Nice to have

- Experience with Adobe Analytics or other reporting software
- Experience with Adobe Launch or other tag management software
- A Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree considered an additional plus
