Recrute Action is seeking an entrepreneurial professional to develop its client base in Mexico and manage the full recruitment cycle in collaboration with its Canadian teams.

Responsibilities

- Develop new clients in Mexico in IT, financial services, legal, insurance, and professional services.
- Prospect, network, present services, and negotiate business agreements.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: needs analysis, sourcing, screening, interviews, relevant and legally permitted pre-employment checks, offers, and onboarding follow-up.
- Engage active and passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
- Advise clients, present candidates, and ensure a positive experience throughout the process.
- Collaborate with Canadian teams and contribute to growth objectives.

What You Need to Succeed

- At least three years of experience in 360° recruitment, recruitment,



or business-to-business sales, with demonstrated business development experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and priority-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and recruitment platforms.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English; French is an asset.
- Legal authorization to work in Mexico and ability to perform the role remotely from Mexico.
- Experience in at least one target sector; knowledge of the Mexican market is an asset.
