About Us:

Teva Wellness Lifestyle is an exclusive wellness club located in the heart of Polanco. We offer a premium fitness experience with state-of-the-art equipment, personalized training, luxury grooming, holistic wellness services, and a curated healthy dining concept. Our reception team is the first point of contact for members and guests, setting the tone for the Teva experience. The shift is 2pm-10pm during the week, and 8am-4pm one day of the weekend.

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Receptionist who is passionate about fitness and wellness, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist members and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phone calls, manage appointments, and respond to inquiries both in person and via WhatsApp/email
- Provide information about memberships, services, and scheduling
- Coordinate with trainers, spa personnel,



and bar staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing reception area
- Handle basic administrative tasks and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Support the sales team by providing tours and presenting club benefits to potential members when needed

Requirements:

- Bilingual – fluent in both Spanish and English
- Passion for wellness, fitness, and healthy living
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in hospitality, luxury retail, wellness, or fitness industry preferred
- Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM tools, and Google Workspace

12,000 mx monthly NET plus gym benefits
