Customer Service & Client Experience Coordinator

Luxury Medical Spa is seeking a bilingual Customer Service & Client Experience Coordinator to support our sales team, calendar management, and concierge team. This role is responsible for new client intake and ensuring an exceptional client experience both online and in-clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments.
- Travel and concierge services for international clients.
- Support social media campaigns, promotions, and PR special events.
- Collect client testimonials, reviews, and before-and-after content.
- Engage with prospective and existing clients professionally and promptly.
- Monitor online reputation and encourage client feedback.

Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, administration, sales support, or concierge services.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, scheduling software, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, Canva, and Meta Business Suite.
- Professional, sales-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or medical spa settings is preferred.

Sueldo: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mes
