EUC L2 Engineer – End User Computing Support

Sharp Brains Limited is seeking an experienced EUC L2 Engineer to provide onsite Level 2 technical support for end-user computing environments. The idóneo candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and enterprise IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve Windows 10/11, hardware, software, and application-related issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook and Microsoft Teams, along with Active Directory.
- Perform endpoint management tasks using Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and other network connectivity issues.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations using IT service management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow.
- Assist with device imaging, software installation, application deployment, and patch management.




- Maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in End User Computing (EUC), desktop support, or IT technical support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
- Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide onsite technical support in an enterprise environment.
