We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Executive to provide customer service and technical support to customers in the United States. The adecuado candidate will deliver professional, efficient, and customer-focused assistance while identifying issues and providing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide customer service and technical support to customers in English.

- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and technical issues over the phone.

- Identify customer needs and provide timely and effective solutions.

- Guide customers through product or service features and troubleshooting procedures.

- Document customer interactions and follow up on cases according to established procedures.





- Maintain high standards of service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1 level).

- Strong spoken English and listening comprehension skills.

- Experience in customer service, call centers, technical support, or customer assistance.

- Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.

- Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate customer service systems.

- Availability to work on-site in Chapultepec, Roma Norte, Mexico City.
