TRANSSION Mexico is looking for a proactive and hands-on Senior HR Specialist to join our growing team.

The adecuado candidate has experience managing the full employee lifecycle, strong recruitment skills, and experience working in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Lead and support recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Coordinate performance reviews and employee evaluation processes.
- Provide HR support to employees and managers on policies, performance, and employee-related matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
- Help implement and improve HR policies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Mexican labor regulations.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- 3–4 years of experience in HR roles.
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience in recruitment and performance management.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably within multinational companies.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, and adaptable mindset.
- English proficiency required.

Preferred

- Experience working in multinational or rapidly growing companies.
- Knowledge of Mexican labor regulations and HR best practices.
