2. Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to work and communicate effectively in English.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle day-to-day legal matters, including drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts.
2. Coordinate with local business teams, external legal counsel, and the headquarters legal department to ensure alignment and efficient execution of legal matters.
3. Provide legal support to business operations and assist in identifying and mitigating legal risks.
4. Ensure compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.
5. Perform other legal-related duties as assigned by the company.
