Administrative Supervisor (Platform)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Supervisor to oversee office operations and administrative support for 8 departments, ensuring an efficient, professional, and well-maintained workplace. The role manages facilities, vendors, logistics, business travel, immigration processes, fixed assets, and administrative budgets while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily office operations and administrative support for 8 departments.
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate daily tasks.
- Manage office facilities, supplies, equipment, maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate logistics, transportation, courier services, and domestic/international business travel.
- Support corporate events and employee activities.
- Coordinate immigration processes, work visas, and documentation for expatriates and business visitors.
- Manage procurement, inventory, and fixed asset tracking.




- Monitor monthly administrative budgets and control expenses.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in office administration, facilities management, or administrative supervision.
- Experience leading administrative teams and supporting multiple departments.
- Knowledge of business travel coordination, immigration processes, work visas, vendor management, fixed assets, and budget control.
- Conversational English.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
- Experience working in Chinese companies preferred.
