Provide regular project status reports, key performance indicator (KPI) updates, and progress reports to senior regional leadership.
Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate technical, financial, and schedule-related project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure full compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines and quality standards both on-site and during the manufacturing phase.
What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.




Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in project management within the power generation, energy, or heavy industrial sectors.
A proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar projects with international stakeholders, demonstrating strong financial acumen and contract negotiation skills.
Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
Technical knowledge of industrial steam turbines and generators, risk assessment and mitigation, quality and EHS compliance standards.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, supported by strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
