Bachelors Degree Business Administration required. 5 years of experience on HR function or Hr Generalist.

Position Purpose:

Works closely with business leaders and managers to align HR initiatives with the organizations objectives.Executes the effective end:to:end delivery of the HR function for given customer/business group through adaptable and pragmatic solutions in support of the business plan.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
: Responsible for assessing the needs of the business and collaborating with subject matter experts within our Centers of Excellence to deliver effective solutions .

: Provide HR guidance on a wide range of matters including, but not limited to, Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Performance Management, Administrative and Personnel Services support .

: Drive initiatives that support the overall success and effectiveness of the business while fostering positive work culture.

Perform other duties as assigned.

: Strong communications skills (English and Spanish).

Effectively managing multiple priorities and confidential matters may be required.

: Task oriented, self:driven, ability to work well with all levels of the organization both local and within Corporate.
