Ipsen seeks a Private Value Access Manager in Mexico City to lead market access strategy across private healthcare accounts, including insurers, HMOs, hospitals, and pharmacy chains. The role focuses on securing coverage, negotiating reimbursement, and designing value-based access solutions to drive portfolio growth and patient access.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify portfolio growth and access expansion opportunities within private healthcare
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at private insurers, HMOs, hospitals, pharmacy chains, and other stakeholders
Lead negotiations to secure coverage, reimbursement, formulary inclusion, and favorable access conditions for Ipsen therapies
Design pricing strategies, commercial models, and access programs to maximize portfolio performance across private markets




Develop and execute Joint Business Plans and commercial agreements with pharmacy chains and channel partners to ensure product availability
Requirements
Proven experience in Market Access, Value Access, Key Account Management, Pricing, or Commercial roles in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Strong knowledge of private healthcare ecosystem, including insurers, HMOs, SMOs, hospitals, pharmacy chains, and out-of-pocket markets
Demonstrated experience negotiating coverage, reimbursement, formulary inclusion, and commercial agreements with private healthcare stakeholders
Ability to develop and present clinical, economic, and value-based propositions to support access and business growth
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills
Financial and business acumen with experience managing commercial performance, forecasting, and strategic account planning
