Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is looking for an HR Employer Branding professional to join our team in Mexico City. This position will play a key role in strengthening TCS’s employer brand in Mexico, creating meaningful experiences and communications that connect our people, candidates, universities, and external audiences with our organization. The HR Employer Branding professional will collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Academic Interface Program, Marketing, Communications, business leaders, and other stakeholders to develop and execute initiatives that enhance TCS visibility, engagement, and positioning as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute Employer Branding initiatives for TCS Mexico.
• Plan, coordinate, and support internal and external events, including university activities, career fairs, corporate events, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate branding materials and visual presence for events and institutional activities.
• Provide content coverage for events and campaigns, including photography, videos, interviews, and storytelling.
• Create and coordinate social media content and posts, particularly for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
• Support campaigns focused on talent attraction, employee engagement, university relations, and corporate positioning.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition and business teams to communicate career opportunities and employee experiences.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, universities, and partners.
• Track campaign performance, engagement, reach, and other Employer Branding metrics.
• Identify new opportunities and creative initiatives to strengthen the TCS brand in the Mexican market. Skills & Qualifications Required




• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in Employer Branding, Marketing, Communications, HR, Events, or related areas.
• Experience in event planning and coordination.
• Experience creating and coordinating digital and social media content.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage several initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Preferred
• Previous experience in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, Recruitment Marketing, or Corporate Communications.
• Experience working with universities, Talent Acquisition, or early-career talent programs.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and digital engagement strategies.
• Basic experience with graphic design or content creation tools such as Canva.
