We are hiring a Finance Analyst Pre-Sales to design and validate financial models for loyalty programs, ensuring economic viability. Reporting to the FP&A; Manager and/or CFO, this role supports financial planning, pricing, pre-sales analysis, and budget control. RESPONSIBILITIES
• Construction of pre-sales financial models (pricing, commissions, break-even).
• Profitability analysis per client, alliance, or sponsor.
• Scenario modeling (base, optimistic, conservative).
• Definition of program financial assumptions (expected redemption, cost per point, target margin).
• Financial support to commercial teams during the initial sales stage.
• Preparation of business cases for clients and strategic allies.
• Support special requests for financial data and analyses and for information on current and proposed projects and programs.
• Perform cost-benefit analysis to assess program tradeoffs.
• Examine past and current budgets and forecasts for financial and economic developments that affect the organization& apos;s spending habits, priorities, and financial resources. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR




• 3–5 years of finance experience, including 2+ years in financial modeling consulting, Big4, investment banking, or finance consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Engineering, Economics); CFA Charterholder preferred.
• Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Query, Word, and database query tools.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, accounting, and organizational skills under pressure with strong discretion.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Equity Funds, Investment Funds, Marketing, and Sales teams. WHY JOIN US?
