MEDLIFE seeks a hands-on Talent Development Team Lead to build leaders, culture and performance systems across the organization. You will establish KPIs, implement feedback loops, and design core talent programs with a part-time assistant, reporting to the Founder and partnering with the Leadership team.
You will coach team leads, run development plans, and lead Talent Acquisition and People Administration to ensure growth across departments, while upholding MEDLIFE's values and mission.
