key responsibilities

- lead and manage the entire lifecycle of infrastructure development projects.
- oversee project planning, feasibility studies, and site selection.
- manage project budgets, contracts, and resource allocation effectively.
- coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure projects meet timelines and quality standards.
- navigate the permitting and regulatory approval processes with local authorities.
- identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
- maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government officials.

- conduct regular site visits and project progress meetings.

requirements





- bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, urban planning, or a related field.
- master's degree preferred.
- over 8 years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., transportation, utilities, public works).
- proven experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
- strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and regulatory frameworks.
- excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- proficiency in project management software (e.g., primavera p6, ms project) and relevant design software.
- experience working within a hybrid model, effectively balancing office and site responsibilities.
- knowledge of environmental impact assessments and compliance procedures.
- fluent in spanish; proficiency in english is a strong advantage.
