we are looking for an experienced *sap quality management (qm) subject matter expert (sme)* with strong functional and domain expertise in sap qm.

the consultant should have extensive experience in *support and enhancement projects*.

exposure to *end-to-end implementation projects* will be an added advantage, including experience in functional specification preparation, testing, defect resolution, and bug fixing.

strong hands-on experience is required in:

- qm master data
- qm notifications
- qm cost management
- qm inspections
- batch management
- usage decision
- dmr (document management/defect management reporting, as applicable)
- integration with sap modules such as *ewm, pp, mm*, and others
- must possess a solid understanding of *sap qm business processes within the pharmaceutical industry*.




- experience in collaborating with the *abap team* for enhancement development, issue resolution, and bug fixes.
- ability to configure sap qm solutions for *new developments, business requirements, and rollout projects*.
- well-versed in it service management processes, including *incident management, problem management, change management, and release management*.
