Blacksmith Agency seeks a Design Systems Lead to own how client design systems are built. You will extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a working system of tokens, variables, modes, and core components for a scalable build pipeline.
This senior, systems-first role ships design tokens and component libraries across multiple client brands, maintaining rigorous consistency while enabling fast delivery. Strong English and collaboration with US hours are expected.
