NeoWork is hiring Operations Associates to keep day-to-day processes running smoothly for U.S. companies. You will handle back-office tasks, maintain systems and data, and help teams run more efficiently.

NeoWork is a general staffing and operations partner that builds dedicated remote teams for fast-growing U.S. companies. Our teammates work directly inside our clients' teams and tools, while NeoWork takes care of recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily operational workflows and back-office tasks

Maintain accurate data in CRMs, spreadsheets, and internal systems

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues

Document processes and keep SOPs up to date

Prepare basic reports and track operational metrics

Support special projects as the business grows

1+ year of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role

Strong attention to detail and organization

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

Good written and spoken English

Comfortable learning new tools quickly





Availability to work U.S. business hours

Based in Mexico, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection

Nice to Have

Experience with CRM tools or automation tools such as Zapier

Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment

Fluency in Spanish

This is a 100% home-based position
