About the Role
Are you a Spanish-speaking healthcare professional who enjoys turning complex medical questions into clear, accurate answers? Join Soterius as a Medical Information Associate and become the trusted first point of contact for patients, consumers, and healthcare professionals reaching out with medical enquiries. You will work from home, serving global clients across Eastern time zones, in a role where your scientific knowledge and language skills are genuinely valued and rewarded. What You Will Do
• Respond to medical enquiries / adverse event reports / product quality complaints etc. from patients, consumers, and healthcare professionals via phone, email, fax, and mail, including enquiries from Spanish-speaking stakeholders.
• Deliver accurate, compliant, and well-documented responses within agreed timelines.
• Track, log, and maintain medical enquiries in the relevant databases.




• Contribute to the development of FAQs and Standard Response Documents (SRDs).
• Perform quality checks on enquiry responses to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support medical information project setup, including database setup, validation, and training.
• Ensure all work adheres to client agreements and applicable regulations and guidelines.
