The Strategic Planning Manager's work directly influences the company’s growth, operational efficiency, and overall strategic direction, making it a pivotal function within the organization. These processes ensure the organization’s strategic initiatives are effectively developed, aligned, and executed to achieve long-term growth and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning Development
• Lead the development of the organization's strategic plan, including setting objectives (short, mid, and long-term) and identifying key performance indicators. Business Intelligence
• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Stay updated with industry trends,



best practices, and emerging technologies that can impact the organization's strategy. Strategic Analysis and Reporting
• Perform in-depth internal and external data analysis to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Prepare detailed strategic reports and dashboards for senior managers and board members. Implementation and Monitoring
• Monitor progress towards strategic goals and adjust plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Oversee the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring that projects are completed. Financial Planning and Analysis
• Work with the Finance team to develop budgets and financial projections that support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze financial data to assess the impact of strategic decisions and ensure alignment with economic goals. Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the strategic planning process. Qualifications Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or a related master's degree preferred. Experience




• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in strategic planning, financial planning and analysis (FP&A;), business strategy, or related functions.
• Experience developing strategic plans, analyzing business performance, and supporting executive-level decision-making.
• Experience preparing management reports, executive presentations, and KPI dashboards.
• Manufacturing experience is a must. Key Skills & Competencies
