Why this role exists

As Bespoke Psychiatry expands, this role establishes a scalable, standardized 90-day onboarding program to ensure incoming cohorts ramp up to operational productivity quickly and consistently, eliminating the need for ad hoc training from senior staff.

What you will do

- Curriculum Design & Execution: Develop and deliver structured 90-day onboarding programs, operational curricula, practical exercises, and 30/60/90-day performance evaluations.
- SOP & Workflow Standardization: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate, document, and continuously update core standard operating procedures.
- Mentorship Program Management: Lead and oversee the peer mentorship (CSS2 Buddy) program, ensuring structured support, proper guidance, and workload protection for mentors.
- Performance Tracking & Intervention: Monitor new hire progress through quantitative activity metrics and proactively implement early coaching interventions when needed.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner closely with HR to streamline start dates, onboarding logistics, and cohort debrief sessions to drive continuous program optimization.

What we are looking for

- 3+ years of experience designing and facilitating operational onboarding and training programs within healthcare, BPO, or process-driven environments.
- Remote Training Expertise:



Proven track record of training distributed remote teams and creating digital, self-paced learning assets.
- Process Synthesis: Strong ability to deconstruct complex clinical-operational workflows into clear, actionable, and user-friendly training modules.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Experience establishing and monitoring milestone-based learning metrics, operational ramp curves, and competency evaluations.
- Language Proficiency: Bilingual fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish (essential for cross-functional collaboration and US operations).

What success looks like at 90 days

- Framework Implementation: Successfully rolled out the structured 30/60/90-day onboarding framework for the active onboarding cohort.
- Documentation Sign-off: Finalized and validated standardized CSS1 training documentation in alignment with operational supervisors.
- Proactive Cohort Planning: Prepared end-to-end training schedules for upcoming hiring cohorts well in advance of recruitment completion.
- Operational Efficiency: Measurably reduced supervisory and senior staff hours previously spent on ad hoc instruction.
