As an SAP Payroll Functional Lead, you will lead the functional design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP Payroll solutions, working closely with business and technical teams to deliver effective and scalable payroll processes. You will act as a key functional expert, translating business requirements into SAP Payroll solutions while ensuring quality throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities
include:
- Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Payroll solutions.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective functional designs and system configurations.
- Configure and maintain payroll processes, rules, schemas, and related functionality based on business requirements.




- Lead functional workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders to define payroll requirements and solution approaches.
- Perform and coordinate functional testing, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify and resolve functional issues related to payroll configuration, integrations, and end-to-end processes.
- Collaborate with technical and integration teams to ensure alignment between SAP Payroll and connected systems.
- Support data validation, system deployment, go-live activities, and post-production stabilization.
- Provide functional leadership, guidance, and subject matter expertise to project teams and stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and enhancements to existing payroll solutions.
