Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and facility equipment.
Monitor, inspect, troubleshoot, and support repairs for air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical systems.
Complete maintenance work orders and service records accurately and in a timely manner.
Support building maintenance activities including emergency lighting, ceiling systems, and other facility infrastructure needs.
Follow all quality, environmental, and safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements and safe work practices.
Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, and facility teams to prioritize and resolve maintenance requests effectively.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance equipment performance, reliability, and workplace safety.
Support additional facility and maintenance-related projects as assigned.

For This Role, You Will Need:Technical education, vocational training, or equivalent hands-on experience in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Facilities Maintenance, Mechanical Systems, or a related field.
Experience performing maintenance,



troubleshooting, and repair activities on HVAC or refrigeration equipment.
Knowledge of industrial electricity fundamentals and safe maintenance practices.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance methodologies and equipment inspection practices.
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with facility maintenance activities.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or large commercial facilities.
Training or certification related to HVAC, refrigeration, industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or facility operations.
Experience using maintenance management systems and documenting maintenance activities.
Exposure to Lean, 5S, continuous improvement, or reliability-centered maintenance practices.
Experience contributing to cross-functional problem-solving and improvement projects.
