We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented individual to join our team as an Human Resources. This role is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the sales team, ensuring that sales staff have the necessary resources to perform their work efficiently. The person in this position will serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating, tracking, and resolving issues related to company-provided housing, vehicles, and day-to-day operational needs. Responsibilities include: addressing and following up on issues related to housing provided to sales staff (maintenance, leaks, utility services, repairs, vendor coordination, etc.); managing matters concerning company-provided vehicles, including maintenance, servicing, repairs, and any related incidents; coordinating solutions and ensuring each case is followed through to completion; maintaining administrative control and tracking pending tasks; anticipating potential problems and facilitating efficient solutions. The idóneo candidate possesses:



excellent organizational and follow-up skills; a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving ability; the capacity to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously; strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude; and the ability to handle situations with professionalism and empathy. Experience in operations, administration, HR, hospitality, or internal support roles is a plus.
